John & Carol are our property managers in La Cruz. Please send them your flight arrival and departure info so they can update our calender.  Their email address is jinnes@prodigy.net.mx.  As for meeting you at the Villa for your keys & tour you can download my crude, but helpful map at LaCruz Map and/or you can follow these simple directions:

Head north on highway 200 towards Compostela/Tepic, about 17 kilometers, you will go through Bucerias (which has 5 traffic lights). After Bucerias you will take the next exit  (Punta de Mita.) Once you are on this road look for a PEMEX gas station on your right. After the PEMEX look for an orange painted small one story strip mall on the left. It will have La Puntilla written on the building. Directly next to this orange building will be a building small strip mall and you will slow down for the speed bump.  Look for the road on your left that is on the curve just after the speed bump, they now have a left hand turn lane for this but still be watchful for on coming traffic as they pass over a speed bump.

You will pass two gated communities on your left, AFTER  passing the second gated community (Los Pelicanos) you will go about two  block and turn right on a small dirt road (this is the last road on that street).   Proceed uphill the Villa will be on your left about ½ way down that road, look for Tiburon #17 Casa Estrella (star) it is painted a Sage/Khaki colors with big wooden doors.

John & Carol will meet you at the Villa or make other arrangements directly with you. They will wait two hours after your plane has arrived. If you are later than that it will be necessary for you to come to their house in La Cruz which is only a short distance from the Villa.

John and Carol live at the LaCruz Inn where they also manage, it is right next to the town church.  Be sure to take their phone # 01-329-295-5201 or 322-116-9811 (from airport or PV) with you and should you have any problems you can call them.
